Steps to have a package resent from Eshipper Depot Cost Reimbursed by UPS when UPS does not Notifiy-Card or inform a Customer of package attemped delivery or holding a package at the Shipper Depot and ends up a Eshipper Depot (Follow these Instruction)

- Create a New Label - Will be reimbursed by UPS (Since she said UPS didn’t leave Card for pick up at my Door or Notifiy me)
- Sign into E-shipper online
#1 Create a NEW Label, Enter FROM Address: Eshpper, 7699 Bath Rd, Mississauga, ON L4T 1L2 then Click: MY ACCOUNT - INVOICES
#2 Click: SHIP - TRACK
#3 Find Invoice Tracking you just created - Enter Date Range OR enter Tracking Number
#4 Click the (Book) Icon left of page shown on Screen Shot below
#5 Enter e-mail Address and click send
#6 Eshipper will then print a Duplicate Label as original and ships the Package to PBKiteboarding.
Click: MY ACCOUNT - INVOICES
Click: SHIP - TRACK
#3 Find Invoice - Enter Date Range OR enter Tracking Number
Click the (Book) Icon left of page shown on Screen Shot below
Enter e-mail Address and click send
Eshipper will then print the Label and ship the Package to PBKiteboarding.
NEW online tracking with NEW Tracking Number.
Click UPS Tracking Enter Tracking Number and track
Funny. Found this... They know it's a Problem.... But never tell us of the Solution they actuall have and I find just out of luck looking at the tracking page...
