Let's try to get there as ealry as possible, even 9-10am to beat the crowds in the summer. We may be booked ahead on some days.
There may be limited PBK1 Lessons on the "weekends" during July and August, since Woodbine beach may be too busy with sunbathers and people walking under the kite and lines... We may be able to schedule a less busy day if it is early am or overcast less suitable for beach goers.
ALL Kite Gear is included for the PBK1 lesson.
After the lesson, we suggest buying a (Land Foil Trainer Kite from PBK, Show Below) and fly it on your own for 20-30hrs, practising what you've learned in PBK1 and more.

Get a good 4 line trainer like the Ozone Flow 2-3-4 or 5m with heavier lines and colored (Shows up well on Snow) The Flow also have a loop to hook into a harness and you can use it for landboarding and Snowkiting as well.

You now know more than many getting into the Sport (Weather) on their own. You are cutting the curve. With PBK1 you will be well beyond many learning on their own.
We've been there.Weather can change at the last minute. That's why Kiterboarders always keep an eye on it, several times a day to be in the right place at the right time.

Yes, you need to learn how to check the weather. Think like a Kiteboarder from the Start. VERY IMPORTANT to start now to plan out PBK1 Trainer Kite Lessons...
Every Kiteboarder has to check the Weather to know where and when to kite.
1 Click this link: TO Weather look 1-2 days ahead for a day with 10-_25k to fly the trainer kite for PBK1. No Rain. This direction: NE-E-SE-S-SW Best. (Since W-NW-N winds comes over the trees and is more gusty) But can still be done, so give us a call for these direction as well if you'd like.
2 Call to let us know you are interested in PBK1 on that day you are free, and then keep updated on the weather for changes. Sometimes we can make it with even just 2hr notice.
3 Check out TO FarmZone the night before and in the am for more accurate weather. If it still looks good for the am or pm, call 416-462-3791. If not look for the next best day you are free.

__Woodbine Beach Map (East Parking lot, check sign for $5 parking in Summer Season , weekdays after 5pm and on Weekends and Holidays. Meet in front of Woodbine Bathing Station (Blue sign, white letters).
__Cherry Beach Map Free parking. Meet by the Lifeguard stand on the __Beach
See the Cherry Cam from the Windsurfing Club. We Kite Further West but this gives a good indication of Wind and Direction for ether Beach, as well as a good look a the water to help us choose a more reliable day of wind for PBK1
