You still need to fly a Trainer (Land Snow Kite) for 20-30 hrs before PBK3 for best results. Kiteboarding is 80% Kite flying. Kiteboarding is a great sport and it helps to cut the learning curve when you focus and take your time.

We cover more than detailed kite flying, that relates to Kiteboarding. The average person flies a trainer on the beach. A PBK Student learns how the complexity of specific training for Kiteboarding. There is allot of theory that is directly related to Kiteboarding safety, weather, choosing a location and learning to understand why we teach you specific maneuvers. We also discuss many aspects of PBK2 and 3 to help blend the 3 levels and cut the Kiteboarding learning curve. We'd rather split up the lessons and even teach one on one to get you going ASAP. We don't want to over load you, so we like to split up lessons.

Most lessons are ONE on ONE. We don't rush you through in big groups.

The lesson starts when we meet. You can add on to the lesson for $130 hr after 2hrs.
Perhaps you'd like to go over some information, fly a little longer or cover more questions that you may have, if time permits.

Including best wind direction and other important information gained from kiting at an advanced level over the years. It is very important to know your spot well. +*This lesson is suited to those who have purchased their Flysurfer Kites from PBK. Foils kites are a little different than LEI's, they are suitable for water and snow and are self inflatable. We have learned allot over the years about foils. The Speed 2 Silver Arrow is the lightest wind, most powerful and efficient Kiteboarding kite in the world and can allow us to ride upwind in as little as 6-8knots along with the Spleene Board products. There is no other kite as easy to handle in light wind with lulls as low at 3knots or so.

		Optional Zodiac support for those who want to get to the next level of riding, faster... Fall as much as you. Most beginners will go downwind while learning to Kiteboard, especially in lighter winds... Even Intermediates and Advanced riders can't stay upwind when the wind is light or too strong.... Optional for an additional fee for PBK 3
